Guest house price includes a full cooked breakfast, served at flexible times.

Variations such as a vegetarian menu are also offered.

First floor room:
Our fully en-suite LUXURY family room comprising a double bed and one single bed, with colour TV.

Price:
£44.00 for one person per night (or £41.75 for the single bed)
£60.00 for 2 people
£74.00 for 3 people

First floor room:
Our twin bedded DE LUXE room with en suite shower and hand basin and TV.

Price:
£35.50 for one person per night
£52.50 for 2 people

Second floor rooms:
Two single rooms with TV and radio/cassette player; shared shower room, fridge and microwave.

Price:
£30.00 per person per night

A folding bed can be made up in any of the rooms for £18.50 pppn.

Discounts

A discount of 5% is given for bookings of five consecutive nights or more. Children's rates available on application.

Payment and Terms

We can accept payment by cash, cheque, or by most of the major payment cards.

Non-returnable deposit of one night's accommodation.
Registration and completed payment on arrival.
For one week or longer: one week paid in advance.
Notice of cancellation: one week either way.

Our guest house is just a 5 minute walk away from the East campus areas; 15 minutes walk away from the west end of campus.
